Christina is focused, organized, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. Originally from Northern California, Christina has lived most of her adult life in downtown Washington, D.C. (with a few exceptions - ask her about living in Qatar!). Christina focuses her coaching on organization, goal setting, perspective shifting, professional development and mental wellness. Christina also has her own story of she personally worked to lose weight and maintain it in a healthy way. She holds a degree in Communication and has 20 years of experience helping others find success.
Christina's areas of expertise include executive support, event management, graphic design, and navigating professional relationships. Additionally, she is credentialled as a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Practitioner. Christina invests most of her free time cheering for local DC sports teams and training for a marathon (run/walking!). She active in a philanthropic organization committed to helping women pursue higher education. Christina has also professionally baked, decorated cakes, and taught ballroom dancing! From the serious to the silly! She believes change is the only constant and by utilizing basic tools, rough patches become manageable and we can achieve a balanced life.

Catalina is positive, clear-minded, and brimming with common sense. She was born in Argentina and grew up in Miami, Florida. With a background in dance and a B.A. in Psychology, her areas of interest have merged into a passion for integrative health. She has expertise in Media, Communications, and Religious Studies.
Catalina's coaching style is holistic as she includes an awareness of mental health in correlation with wellness, fitness, and nutrition. She has devoted herself to continued learning and the pursuit of an advanced degree in the field of Psychology and finds joy in helping others along the way.

Rachel is centered and warm with a soothing way of communicating. She is a New Jersey native who spent time in Washington, D.C. obtaining a degree in Psychology. Her coaching is focused on nutrition and the mind-body connection. Things that really inspire and move her are: yoga, playing the guitar, traveling and photography. Rachel is a big proponent for healthy living and overall wellness, as those areas are a large part of her personal and professional life. She is fascinated with the connection between the body and the mind, and how our experiences, as well as our lifestyle (nutrition/diet, physical activity, social lives, etc.) affect our mental and physical health.
Marie loves helping people achieve their goals. Whether it's pursuing education, re-focusing life goals, reclaiming or developing a passion or creative pursuit, Marie is practical and inspiring. She uses both left and right brain to see the big picture and translate them into small and manageable steps. Her approach is gentle and considerate and incorporates humor and humility.
Passionate about mental health and wellness, Marie is currently a master's student in clinical mental health counseling at William & Mary. She also holds a master's of fine arts in fiction writing from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2010 she won the Virginia Commission for the Arts Award and has many publications to her name.
