WE OFFER THREE DIFFERENT LIFE COACHING OPTIONS:
Meet once a month, twice a month, or as often as you need. You and your coach may meet by phone, video call, or Zoom, depending on your preference.
With this option, you do not have actual "sessions" with your coach. Instead, you may text your coach as much as you like during the day. Share information about what your goals are and what kind of support you need. Your coach will respond to your texts once per day and is not linked to a set appointment time. This plans works best for specific goals and with those individuals who would benefit from daily support and encouragement from a caring professional. Cancel at any time; no long term contract required.
Use both! This is the option that works best for most people. Combining one-on-one coaching sessions with a texting subscription provides optimal support. Meet with your coach in a one-on-one session to discuss what you would like to work on. Then receive daily encouragement and feedback from your coach by text. To choose this option, purchase a text only plan and a one-on-one session, separately.
