Exploring the Shadow
Discover your shadow isn’t so dark. We all have one–a shadow self–the unconscious and denied facets of our personalities. Cuddling up to the shadow may seem counterintuitive, yet it is a source of freedom from anxiety, trauma, anger, physical illness and pain, eating and body concerns. Your shadow is funny, creative, smart, and protective.
